Terms of sale (beta)

Purpose

These terms cover the paid subscription to Hortipix, a web app for planning vegetable gardens, published by the publisher named in the legal notice.

Trial and free version

The full 15-day trial starts when the first garden is created, with no account and no payment. When it ends, the app moves to a limited free version; no feature disappears without warning 3 days before.

Price

€29 a year (£25 or $29 depending on currency), VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price shown when you order applies for the year paid.

Term and cancellation

The subscription lasts one year and renews automatically when it ends. We email you between three months and one month before each renewal, with the deadline to stop it. You can cancel at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the paid year. A price change is announced before renewal and leaves you free to cancel.

Withdrawal

You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason, by a clear statement sent to the contact address in the legal notice, for example with the form below. We refund you in full within 14 days, using the payment method you used.

Legal guarantee

Hortipix is a digital service covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 onwards). It needs a recent browser; your garden is stored in that browser.

Governing law

Only French law applies. In case of dispute, write to us first so we can find a solution; failing that, only the Paris Judicial Court has jurisdiction, even where there are several defendants. The publisher nonetheless reserves the right to bring proceedings, if it prefers, before any other competent court. The schools and groups offer has separate terms.

Withdrawal form

Copy it into an email or print it.
